Start Your Journey

Our first visit together is 60 minutes. During that time we will discuss the timeline of your health journey, your current and past emotional stressors, and of course, the details of your medical history.

Personalized Treatment

With each visit, I will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan that is personalized to you and your health goals. My goal is to address and treat the root cause of your symptoms.

Continued Care & Support

We are complicated beings, and healing takes time. As you begin your treatment plan, you’ll notice gentle improvements in your symptoms. Initially, I recommend visits every 8-12 weeks for optimal support.

This is a 60 minute deep dive into your physical, mental, and emotional health. Your health journey is worthy of time.

From here, we will discuss our shared treatment goals and timeline of care.

follow up visits

$170

Follow up visits serve as 45 minute check ins. Follow ups are often recommended for every 8 weeks initially.

With each follow up, we will adjust your treatment plan to facilitate your healing process.

  • I am currently licensed in Maine. You are welcome to see me locally at my office in Portland, Maine, as well as virtually. Naturopathic doctors are sparse in some regions of the state, so I am happy to serve the communities of Bangor, Ellsworth, Lewiston, and everything in between.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance providers and I do not bill insurance directly. This allows for our visits to be based on your health goals without any limitations put in place by your insurance provider.  I am happy to provide you with a “superbill”, which is a breakdown of charges and treatment codes that you can submit to the claims department of your insurance company. I recommend calling your insurance company to fully understand your benefits prior to your appointment. You are also welcome to use a HSA/FSA card.

  • Although I have been trained as a PCP, I choose to practice in an adjunctive care role. Primary care visits focus primarily on health maintenance, which is why I ask all patients to have an established PCP. I shine best in preventative medicine and health optimization. 

  • Yes, I do! I recognize that my prices may be out of reach for some individuals and families. To ensure I am inclusive to all populations, I provide a sliding scale to a select number of patients. Please take a moment to fill out this form in order to be considered. I will reach out to you upon reviewing it, so that we can set up a discovery call to talk further.
